QBA Report Retrieval via Web Service

As a data source for Web Services, QBA disseminates its data to external data request over JSON based Web Service dialogue. This data is offered in raw data format. The purpose of this data source is to enable third party data analytics to take advantage of the original earning transcripts as well as derivatives from QBA’s deductive analysis. This enablement provides a rich set of context and semantics for data science teams to augment their work. Potential applications include textual data discovery, sentiment analysis, enrichment of data dictionary or ontology, and integration with customer’s data applications.

Application developers can use authorization-token and company symbol to submit request via the URL, and obtain data corresponding to the data elements as in the Interactive QBA Report.

QBA JSON Query - Interaction between client and server is RESTFUL, i.e., stateless. An external application initiates a QBA Query by submitting a JSON Web Service request with an URL using HTTPS Post protocol.
